My mind about ANGEL YEAST Culture

When I read the papers that Mr. Yuan Liang Ju gives to us about the stories of angel yeast writed by general manager Mr YuMingHua. I asked myself one question Why did Mr. Yuan give us these papers? And I told myself ok I will read it to know the story of Angel. When I read the papers I finded the answer of my question between the lines. And I feel that I want to read more and more about the stories that happened in Angel Yeast. I found that some of these stories give me the courage to write this report to tell you what happened with me in Angel yeast. From the first meeting with Mr. Yu Xuefeng until now and I really knew the meaning of “employee Oriented” in the angel point of view.

当我读到袁良举先生给我的由余明华总经理所写的安琪故事时,我一直有个问题:袁先生为什么要给我这些东西呢?但是我告诉我自己要通过阅读这些东西了解安琪的故事。当我在阅读的时候我在字里行间找到了答案。我更有阅读的欲望以了解安琪以前发生的故事。这些故事给我勇气写下这些东西来告诉您有关我在安琪发生的事情。从第一次见到俞总到现在我真切的感受到安琪“员工为本”的理念。

 

Not just stories for read

不只是用来读的故事

When my muslin friends were in the fasting period (one month in the year) I used to go to have my launch in the cafeteria as the Chinese peoples do. And one day I was late in work so I go there at 12:30 pm I saw Mr. Yu Xuefeng  the chairman of Angel Yeast  Bio-engineering group also have his launch in the same cafeteria He had the same food with the stuff stay in the same table as the other people not in special place. When he said kindly to us “Hello.  How are you? Do you like Chinese food? “I answered him yes. but I was so wondered and I say to myself he can ask the special food or he can eat in special place,  why he eat with the stuff?

   当我的穆斯林朋友在斋戒期间(一年有一个月),我和中国人一样到食堂去吃午饭。有一天,我因为工作耽误到12点半才到食堂。我看到俞总也在食堂吃午饭。我非常吃惊的是他与员工在同一张桌子上吃饭,同样的食物,没有特殊的地方。俞总亲切的问我们“喂,你好吗?你喜欢中国食物吗?”我回答说我喜欢,我觉得他完全可以要求特殊的食物或在特殊的地方吃饭,为什么他要与员工一起吃饭。

I finished my meal and went  to work and the question still in my mind. And I told one of my Chinese friends about what happened with me, and how much I look forward to the answer. He told me that when he go to the cafeteria to eat with the stuff. He gives the stuff the feeling that we are one family. And he said” Not because he is he chairman so he eat in special place .but he stay with the stuff and ask about the work . if anyone have problem he can help him because he is older than them so he have the experience needed”.

当我吃饭回去工作时这个问题一直萦绕在我的脑中。我告诉这些给我的一个中国朋友并期望得到答案。他告诉我俞总到食堂与员工共进午餐给员工一个大家庭的感受,不因为他是总裁就在特殊的地方吃午餐。但他与员工在一起是可以问问员工的工作.如果员工有问题,俞总可以给他一些帮助,因为他年长并经验丰富.

I thanks this man for answering my question .and I told myself if in Egypt have the same action .we will love the work more than anything else.

我非常感谢这位朋友给我的回答,我相信埃及公司也是这样的,我将更加热爱我的工作.

 

Something I like in Angel”

在安琪我喜欢的一些事情

First When I read the papers about angel yeast stories I saw some actions happened with us but we don’t understand it to100%. Maybe because of the different culture between China and Egypt, but I find the translation of these actions on the papers that have the Angel stories with the people before us.

 首先,当我们通过书面的阅读了解以前发生的事情,我们并不是完全理解。或许是中埃文化的差异所致。但是我发现一些文中所描述的事情在一直在传承。

When I was reading  some sentences moved me for so many times:“don’t be afraid of giving young people pressure. Second do not be afraid of assigning them more work. Third do afraid of asking them to work overtime. Do not be afraid of pointing out their mistakes”. These sentences stop me to think in it and to ask myself how angel knows this. May be because they gave the trust to young people and see what they can do and then recorded everything when they feel tired and when they feel energized and want to give the work more and more.

在我阅读的时候,一些语句一次一次的打动我。“一不要怕给其压力、二不怕给其更多的工作、三不怕加班加点、四不怕对其批评。”这些句子不断的令我停下来思考公司是如何知道这些的?可能是因为公司信任年轻人,根据他们的能力和思想情况给予更多的担子,无论他感到疲惫还是情绪激昂。

Second. I like in angel the way of thinking and the worker loyalty. When the Japanese Company has list six problems about Angel Yeast packaging. I liked the way of thinking and how the mangers act with this problem and how much effort done to find the reason of the problem and how to fix it I imagined that all people worker or mangers do the best to see what the problem is.

其次,我喜欢公司的思维方式和员工的精诚团结,当日本公司指出安琪包装上的6个问题时,可以想象公司领导是如何正视问题、查找问题并加以解决的。所有员工和领导都尽最大努力去正视问题、解决问题。

Why I imagined this and I did not see the problem. Because in the unit production three when they finded  any small problem in any department they acted as this. The unit production manager come to see what is the problem and give ideas to the operators to help him to fix this problem. May be he say it is not my business there is operator do this. But in angel it is not like this in angel. every one help each other to be the best Yeast Company. And I hope that we will be the same in Angel Yeast Egypt factory. I hope to be helpful and good part of Angel Yeast Group.

为什么我虽未经历这些事情而能想象得到呢?因为我在三部实习发现类似的情况。部门领导到现场了解问题并给予当班人员帮助去解决一些问题,也有可能这些事情是当班人员的而不是他的。在安琪不仅仅是这些,每个人都相互帮助,可见对公司是受益无穷的.我也希望在埃及公司是这样的,使之成为集团公司发挥重要作用的一员.
